Cookbook of sustainability

The Rote Kreuz and the SAM have thought about how to handle food and published a cookbook.

This is already the second cookbook. It aims to increase awareness of how to use our food carefully and to help shed less food.

Behind every food there are valuable resources such as soil, water, energy, but also human labor. Securing these livelihoods therefore has a central role.

In the cookbook there are also practical tips on how to cook food that is no longer prepared with fresh food. 

The "Cookbook of Sustainability" is available directly in the SOMA markets. SAM is a partner of the initiative "Food is precious!". The BMNT has supported the publication of the cookbook.
